This semester has been busier than ever. I have learned, struggled, excelled, failed, succeeded, and been redirected. Over the past week(s) I have been thinking about my blog as always and what I want to do with it. I last minute decided to do a Christmas gift list and it was very successful. As of today, I have 110 views on that post, the most I have ever had. This blog started over a year ago, but I still have yet to figure out what I want to do with it. I realized that I have always been a talker and have always wanted to interact with people. So from here on out this blog won't be about views, likes, followers, subscribers, but instead just me communicating thoughts. So, to start this new journey I have decided to recap my last semester as a junior at Texas Tech and finish with what I Plan to do in 2020.

This semester I took a cooking class with two of my closest friends and got to learn about making food from scratch. I built a restaurant from scratch with a partner for one of my senior classes. It was a really fun experience and we ended up doing so good we got exempt from the final! In September I celebrated my 21st birthday with some of the most amazing people in my life. In October I got my class ring, set my graduation to December 2020, and added Human Resources as my minor. At the end of October, I had the opportunity to go back to Glorieta, New Mexico with First Lubbock. I first went to Glorieta when I was going into my sophomore year of high school with my church back home. It is one of my favorite places and one of the places I feel truly connected to God. In November I got to spend quality time with family and spend Black Friday with Caleb and his family at their family ranch in Cleburne. I finished the fall semester last week and started a quick winter course today. Back in September, I decided to add Human Resources as my minor. I have always talked about this with my parents but wasn't quite sure if I wanted to do it. After finding out in the spring I could graduate in August 2020 I realized I wasn't ready to graduate a year early. I decided to add HR on and I haven't regretted it since.

This next year will be a whirlwind of events. In January I start as the Director of Member Development for Texas Tech Panhellenic Cabinet and attend AFLV conference for leadership (for Greek Life) in Indianapolis. I will also be in classes for a straight year. With this winter semester, spring semester, summer semester, and fall I will be busy with school. I hope to get another internship for this summer and grow my experience in corporate event planning, management, and HR. In August I will be a Gamma Chi; a second-year Rho Gamma assisting with Sorority Recruitment. I am truly excited to see what this next year holds for me and I hope to be sitting here a year from now telling all about the things God has done in my life. In three weeks I leave for Passion 2020 with First Lubbock in Georgia. This has been a dream of mine since senior year of high school, I am so excited to experience Jesus in a new way and with some of the best people I can think of.

I am so grateful to have so many people in my life and the best roommates to come home too. I plan to make the most of my last two semesters at Texas Tech. I can't wait to have each oh you on my journey.

As always

xoxo,

Liv

P.S. Dave is doing great and lives with me most of the time. We have my roommates pug Piper to play with and cause lots of messes!
